"AS IS" informtion Bank owned homes are sold "AS IS". If your clients loan is FHA all repairs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If there are itmes that need to be cleared for FHA approval you and your buyers will ned to have the itmes repaired as needed. UTILITIES All utilities should already be on at the home. However, since the home is bank owned it is your responsibility to verity all the utilities before you have your inspections done. If the water, electricity and or gas are not on please let us know immediately so we can notify the bank. |
