Jan Zebley has years of experience and is a top seller. She was able to price my property and manage the offers in such a way that we received top dollar. For us it was much more than we expected. Jan was also right on top of a difficult problem we had with a prospective buyer, keeping our home safe and out of harm’s way. I don’t know what we would have done without her quick thinking. Natasha, Jan’s assistant was charming and enthusiastic. She gave special touches to accentuate our home in such an appealing way. I don’t know how many times she came to our home to manage the things that needed to be done, but it was quite a few times and very much appreciated. As a team they were always available to answer questions and keep on top of things as we progressed. Also, dealing with their office staff was a pleasure. We never had to wait and wonder if we could get through to someone or find an answer to our questions. I would highly recommend Jan Zebley and her team to sell your house. I was so impressed with how quickly everything was done and my moms house sold in a week. I was totally shocked that it sold that fast.
If you need a stager, the one that works with Jan and her team was amazing. She added just the right touches to make the house look more updated and bigger.
When we got our offer on the house I was shocked that it actually sold for more than it had appraised for. The buyers agent had a list of things that they wanted us to do before they bought the house. Jan came back and said this was what we would do and nothing more. She has her clients best interests at heart and I was surprised at how little out of pocket we had to spend to fix a few things. Jan is amazing and definitely makes sure her clients get the best deal.
When we signed the final papers on the house, it was a very emotional time for me because I was selling the home that I grew up in as a young child. Jan's office staff couldn't have been nicer and that they were so understanding and compassionate. They explained every thing that I was signing as we went through the documents.
